43:10-18.4. Moneys belonging to retirement system; disposition All moneys belonging to the retirement system shall be received and paid over to the treasurer of the retirement system whose official bond as county treasurer shall cover the same. All moneys paid out of the retirement system shall be paid by the treasurer of the fund upon warrants signed by the president and secretary of the pension commission or such officers as the pension commission designates.
