§ 43-10-72-3

43:10-72.3. Effect of resolution The adoption of a resolution pursuant to this act shall not impair the pension rights of any sheriff's employee theretofore employed, nor shall it relieve the county of its obligation to maintain a pension fund under this article for such previously appointed sheriff's employees.
