43:12-28.3 Manner of payment of pension. 3. With regard to any pension granted by a municipality pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1957, c.168 (C.43:12-28.1) prior to the effective date of P.L.2002, c.134 the governing body shall make provision in its budget for the payment of any such pension and the same shall be paid in the same manner as municipal employees are paid.
