43:13-20. Unlawful action a bar to pension If any municipal employee shall become incapacitated from or shall lose his life in the performance or commission of any unlawful act which would warrant his dismissal from the employ of the city, no pension shall be paid to such employee or to his widow, her husband, his or her children or dependent parents.
