43:13-22.49j. Enactment or repeal of ordinance; forwarding copy to division of pensions Upon the adoption of an ordinance pursuant to section 1 of this supplementary act or the repeal of such an ordinance, the governing body of the city shall make available to the Division of Pensions a copy of the ordinance or the repeal, as the case may be.
