43:13-22.54d Rules and regulations. 3. The pension commission shall promulgate rules and regulations which it shall deem necessary for the effective operation of P.L.1964, c.275 (C.43:13-22.50 et seq.), any act that is a supplement thereto and section 6 of P.L.2013, c.282 (C.43:13-22.56), and for compliance with the provisions of the federal Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, regulations of the United States Treasury Department, and other directives or guidance of the federal Internal Revenue Service.
