43:13-22.75. Rules, regulations The Director of the Division of Pensions of the Department of the Treasury shall promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of the 'Pension Adjustment Act,' P.L.1969, c.169 (C.43:3B-1 et seq.) and this act, as the director shall deem necessary for the effective operation of the program. The director shall include a report of the operation of this act with his report of the operation of the 'Pension Adjustment Act' in the annual report submitted to the Governor and the Legislature regarding all of the operations of the Division of Pensions. The retirement system shall furnish such information as the director may request for this purpose. L.1990,c.20,s.13.
