§ 43-13-3

43:13-3. Retirement for service and age Subject to the provisions of section 43:13-21 of this title, any municipal employee who shall have served in the employ of a city of the first class continuously or in the aggregate for a period of twenty years, and who shall have attained the age of sixty years, shall, upon his application, be retired on half pay.
