§ 43-13-37-18

43:13-37.18. Partial invalidity; repeal All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and they are hereby repealed; provided, that if any paragraph or section of this act shall be declared invalid, the invalid paragraph shall be rescinded and the remainder of this act shall remain in full force and effect.
