43:13-9.1. Deduction of premiums for group hospitalization and medical-surgical insurance In connection with the deduction of premiums for group hospitalization and medical-surgical insurance, as provided in section 43:13-9 of the Revised Statutes, the commission, as far as possible, shall arrange for the continuance of the group rate for such premiums payable for a member after the retirement of such member.
