43:16-7.2. Effective date This section and section five of this act shall take effect immediately. Sections one, seven and eight shall take effect July first, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two. Sections two, three, four and six shall take effect July first, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three; provided, that the distributions of tax moneys authorized by subsection (d) of section 43:16-5 of the Revised Statutes, shall not apply to any tax revenues collected after June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two.
