43:18-16. Dishonesty to bar benefit hereunder Any employee of the board or department of health, included in the provisions of this chapter, who unlawfully retains any of the moneys, funds, properties or effects of a corporation organized under this chapter shall be forever debarred from receiving any relief or benefit from the pension fund.
