§ 43-19-13

43:19-13. Dishonesty a bar to benefit hereunder Any employee of the board of street and water commissioners included in the provisions of this chapter who unlawfully retains any of the moneys, funds, properties or effects of any corporation organized hereunder shall be forever debarred from receiving any benefit or relief from the pension fund.
