43:21-12.4. Commission may arrange with federal agencies for jobs for veterans; expenses The Unemployment Compensation Commission is authorized to enter into arrangements or agreements with any administrator, agent, agency, board or body designated and established under any law or laws of the United States providing for the placement in jobs of honorably discharged veterans of World War II and for the payment to such veterans of benefits or readjustment allowances covering periods of unemployment, whereby the personnel, records and facilities of the commission shall be employed, under the direction and control of the commission, for implementing and carrying into effect such Federal law, or laws; provided, however, that all costs and expenses incurred as well as all funds to make payments of such benefits and readjustment allowances shall be provided by Federal grant, and not devolve upon the State of New Jersey.
