43:21-14b. Information to Transportation commissioner The Commissioner of Labor shall transmit the information received from employers as provided in section 1 of this act to the Commissioner of Transportation, who shall utilize the information in developing plans and programs for traffic control, highway maintenance and construction, and mass transit.
