43:21-30.1. Notice of unemployment compensation, conditions 2. The Division of Unemployment and Temporary Disability Insurance shall provide notice to each individual receiving compensation under the provisions of the 'Temporary Disability Benefits Law,' P.L.1948, c.110 (C.43:21-25 et seq.) explaining the conditions under which the individual may receive unemployment compensation pursuant to this 1991 amendatory and supplementary act.
