43:5-1. Application of chapter This chapter shall apply to all persons in the State service, prior to January 1, 1922, qualifying hereunder. It shall not apply to any officer or employee of the State drawing a pension or who shall be entitled to do so under any other law. Amended by L.1963, c. 55, s. 1, eff. May 27, 1963.
