43:6-6.32. Effect of act upon previously retired justices or judges This act shall not increase the pension of any Chief Justice, justice or judge who has heretofore retired or the pension of any widow of a Chief Justice, justice or judge who has heretofore retired or died. L.1965, c. 74, s. 11.
