§ 43-6-6-36

43:6-6.36. Applicability of Act to members of other pension programs The provisions of chapter 169 of the laws of 1956 shall not apply to the members of the Supreme Court and judges of the Superior Court covered by the pension program established by chapter 391 of the laws of 1948, as amended and supplemented, to which this act is a further supplement.
