43:7-15.1. Prison officers' pension fund; withdrawal by veterans Any employee of the State, who is a veteran of any war and who has joined the prison officers' pension fund, may, at any time within one year of the effective date of this act, apply to withdraw from the fund during the continuance of his employment.
