43:7-21 Execution of releases, acquittances, receipts, discharges. 15. The Division of Pensions and Benefits in the Department of the Treasury shall, on behalf of the said pension fund, execute any and all releases, acquittances, receipts, or discharges of any and all written evidences of indebtedness to said pension fund.
