§ 43-7-24

43:7-24. Effect of act This article shall not be construed to effect in any manner any pension fund organized on or created under any law prior on July fourth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, or any pension association or corporation organized or existing under a law existing on July fourth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, or any of the members thereof.
