§ 44-1-100

44:1-100. Materials, stationery and forms of records The governing body or bodies shall furnish to the overseer and his deputies the necessary material, card indexes and other stationery for the purpose of this chapter, at the expense of the municipality. All forms of records for the use of the overseer shall be such as are approved and prescribed by the commissioner.
