§ 44-1-134

44:1-134. Notice to board of children's guardians of commitment of minor to almshouse The supervisor or superintendent of an almshouse or welfare-house shall within twenty-four hours of the commitment of a minor child under the age of eighteen years to the almshouse or welfare-house, notify the state board of children's guardians of that commitment.
