44:1-16. Regulation and operation of welfare-house The county welfare board shall have charge of all matters relating to the government, discipline, contracts and fiscal concerns of the welfare-house, as appropriated by the board of chosen freeholders, and shall make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the welfare-house.
