44:1-37. Procedure when municipality elects not to participate When municipalities elect not to participate in such county purpose the procedure shall be as set forth in sections 44:1-61 to 44:1-63 of this title and as otherwise provided in this chapter, as in the case of the establishment of a welfare-house.
