44:1-41. Voting. 44:1-41. If the voter makes an x or + mark in ink or pencil in the square at the left of the word 'YES,' it shall be counted as a vote in favor of the acceptance of the resolution. If the voter makes an x or + mark in ink or pencil in the square at the left of the word 'NO,' it shall be counted as a vote against the acceptance of the resolution, and if no mark is made in either square it shall not be counted as a vote either for or against the acceptance of the resolution.
