44:8A-48. Repeal; sections superseded Sections ten to fifteen, inclusive, and sections twenty-one to twenty-four, inclusive, of chapter one hundred thirty of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty are hereby expressly repealed. Sections 44:1-102 to 44:1-127, inclusive, and sections 44:4-57 to 44:4-81, inclusive, of the Revised Statutes are hereby superseded insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
