44:10-1.1. Reference to county welfare board to mean reference to county welfare agency Whenever in any law, rule, regulation or document not specifically repealed or otherwise affected by this act, reference is made to the county welfare board, the same shall mean and refer to the county welfare agency duly organized under the laws of this State.
