44:10-1.2. Reference to program of assistance for dependent children to mean program of aid to families with dependent children Whenever in any law, rule, regulation or document not specifically repealed or otherwise affected by this act, reference is made to the program of assistance for dependent children, the same shall mean and refer to the program of aid to families with dependent children.
