§ 44-10-11

44:10-11. Definitions As used in this act: 'Aid to families with dependent children' means the program established pursuant to P.L. 1959, c. 86 (C. 44:10-1 et seq.); 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services; 'Recipient of aid to families with dependent children' means a parent or relative with whom a dependent child is living who is receiving benefits under the program of aid to families with dependent children.
