44:10-80 Definitions relative to New Jersey Supplementary Food Stamp Program. 2. As used in this act: 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Human Services. 'Department' means the Department of Human Services. 'Federal food stamp program' means the federal food stamp program authorized by Title XIII of the 'Food and Agriculture Act of 1977,' Pub.L.95-113 (7 U.S.C.s.2011 et seq.).
