44:10-84 Noncitizen federal food stamp recipients not eligible. 6. A noncitizen who is eligible for the federal food stamp program shall not be eligible for the program. A noncitizen who is ineligible for the federal food stamp program, but is eligible for the program, and who subsequently is made eligible for the federal food stamp program due to changes in federal law, shall lose entitlement to benefits under the program upon receipt of benefits under the federal food stamp program.
