44:10-93. Regulations; consultation with Human Services 8. a. The commissioner shall promulgate regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. b. The commissioner shall consult with the Commissioner of Human Services regarding the development, operation and administration of the program and ensuring compliance with 42 U.S.C. s.604(h) and 45 C.F.R.
