§ 44-14-5

44:14-5. Semiannual payments by state treasurer The State Treasurer shall make payments required under this act in two equal installments, the first to be payable annually on August 1 of each year and the second payable annually on the succeeding December 1. L.1981, c. 60, s. 5, eff. March 3, 1981.
