§ 44-4-30

44:4-30. Certification of bills to board of freeholders The county welfare board shall certify all bills and accounts including salaries and wages, and transmit them to the board of chosen freeholders of the county which shall make payment out of the appropriations therefor in the same manner as other charges against the county.
