§ 44-4-6

44:4-6. Acquisition of real estate for welfare-house The board of chosen freeholders may purchase and lease real estate for the welfare-house, or acquire such property and easements therein by lease, purchase or condemnation, and the power of eminent domain may be exercised as provided by chapter 1 of the title Eminent Domain (s. 20:1-1 et seq.).
