§ 44-4-95

44:4-95. Notice to board of children's guardians of commitment of minors to welfare-house The director of welfare under the direction of the county welfare board shall within twenty-four hours of the commitment of all minor children under the age of eighteen years to the welfare-house, notify the state board of children's guardians of such commitment.
