§ 44-4-96

44:4-96. Supervision of minors committed to welfare-house The care and general supervision of all minor children under the age of eighteen years who are committed to the welfare-house as mentioned in section 44:4-95 of this title shall upon such commitment be vested in the state board of children's guardians.
