44:5-19.8. Discharge Any lien so filed may be discharged by filing in the office in which it is entered a certificate setting forth that the same is discharged of record, signed and acknowledged by the director of the board of chosen freeholders of the county. L.1957, c. 139, p. 531, s. 8.
