§ 44-7-22

44:7-22. Reconsideration of grant; revised grant All old age assistance under this chapter shall be reconsidered from time to time as may be provided for by the rules of the state division. After such further investigation as the county welfare board may deem necessary or the state division may require, the amount and manner of giving assistance, or the conditions upon which it is given, may be changed, or the assistance may be withdrawn if the county welfare board finds that such action is warranted by the recipient's circumstances or for cause.
