44:7-46. Payments by state to each county welfare board The State shall pay to each county welfare board the full amount of any funds received by the State from the federal government as federal participation with respect to expenditures made by such county welfare board for assistance for the blind, plus an additional amount of 75% of the balance of such expenditures after deducting the amount of such federal participation. During the period July 1 through December 31 of each year the State shall pay to each county an amount equal to the county share of the total expenditures for the period January 1 through December 31 of that year. The State shall also pay to each county welfare board the full amount of any funds received by the State from the federal government as federal participation with respect to the costs of administration of the program of assistance for the blind by such county welfare board.
