44:8-130. Advance payments to municipality before determination of 'current year's public assistance load' The commissioner may make payments, from time to time, under the above stated formula to any such municipality in advance of the determination of such municipality's 'current year's public assistance load' on the basis of estimates made by him of such municipality's 'current year's public assistance load' making such adjustments in later payments to each such municipality as may be required when such municipality's actual 'current year's public assistance load' is determined.
