44:8-142. Officers and board members failing to comply If any municipal officer, board or body shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this act, such officer, and members of such board or body shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1947, c. 156, p. 705, s. 36.
