§ 45-1-2-4

45:1-2.4. Effect of act on term of member in office Nothing in this act shall affect the right of a board or commission member in office on the effective date of this act to continue to serve for the term for which he was appointed. L.1971, c. 60, s. 4, eff. March 25, 1971.
