45:1-50.1 Annual report. 9. The division shall annually submit a report to the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), which provides information on the nature and extent of registration with, and utilization of, the Prescription Monitoring Program, as well as recommendations for program improvement.
