45:11A-13 No waivers, abrogation of defense, immunity of public entity, employee. 5. Nothing in Article VII of the compact shall be deemed to waive or abrogate in any way any defense or immunity of a public entity or public employee under the common law or statutory law including, but not limited to, the 'New Jersey Tort Claims Act,' N.J.S.59:1-1 et seq. L.2019, c.172, s.5.
