§ 45-12b-21

45:12B-21. Fees of board 21. All applicants for licenses, temporary licenses, student registrations, or renewals under this act shall pay a fee for the issuance or renewal. Fees shall be determined by the board. The revenue generated from these fees shall not exceed the operating costs incurred by the board under this act. L.1991,c.512,s.21.
