45:14B-39. Further disclosure limited Information disclosed pursuant to section 2 of this act shall not be further disclosed by the third-party payor or to any other party or in any legal proceeding without valid authorization, unless disclosure is otherwise required by law or when relevant to legal disputes between the third-party payor and the patient with regard to a determination of the entitlement to, or the amount of, payment of benefits for psychological services.
