45:14B-41. Written revocation A patient who authorizes disclosure of confidential information under section 2 or 4 of this act may revoke that authorization by providing a written revocation to the recipient named in the authorization and to the psychologist authorized to disclose the information. The revocation shall be effective upon receipt. After the effective date of revocation, no information may be disclosed pursuant to the authorization; however, information previously disclosed may be used for the purposes stated in the written authorization.
